Purpose of Position

This role provides administrative and application support for the expense reporting platform and global credit card program. It provides oversight and serves as the first point of contact for employee expense-related questions, also ensuring compliance with global policies. The work may be confidential in nature requiring knowledge of the practices, procedures, policies and programs of the organization or function.    

The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment with a customer focus and excellent attention to detail. The position requires the ability to prioritize work, demonstrate strong accountability, good judgment, and meet established deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Serving as system administrator for the expense reporting platform and corporate credit card program.
  2. Supporting the audit process of travel & expense transactions (internal and external). 
  3. Providing information in response to expense questions (application and/or policy) and serving as an escalation point for other staff. 
  4. Identifying and participating in process improvement initiatives. 
  5. Preparing ad-hoc reporting and identifying trends through analysis of various data.
  6. Serving as program administrator for global credit card administration which includes:  requesting new cards, adjusting credit card limits, requesting replacement cards as needed, assisting associates with questions related to their credit card and/or transactions and account reconciliations as needed.
  7. Supporting special and ongoing projects as required.

Technical/Functional Skills Required

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow issues through to resolution
  • Self-initiated and able to work with limited supervision
  • Data analysis skills to investigate transactions and data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective team and customer relations skills
  • Computer proficiency:  Excel, Word, Outlook
  • SAP and Concur experience is preferred, but not required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business and 2 or more years of accounting/finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting/Finance is preferred

Schedule is 28 hours per week
