Purpose & Scope

This position:

  • Processes, integrates, aggregates, and analyzes order, sales, supply chain and customer transactional activity data from our internal databases combined with consolidated external information to discern and report on changes in customer and market behavior so that appropriate action may be taken.
  • Leads projects for the Business to create predictive models across our sales and marketing platforms.


  1. Integrate consolidated marketing intelligence into existing business platforms to triangulate drivers, derive insight, and recommend appropriate actions.
  2. Investigate and assess new tool sets to advance our analytics capabilities. Act as the project manager to implement innovative solutions and bring enhanced functionality to our internal systems through engagement with both cross functional and global teams.
  3. Align global analytics and reporting efforts, ensuring best practices and standardization is proliferated.
  4. Drive continuous improvement in system integration, automation, and the elimination of non-value add reporting activities.
  5. Communicate both written and verbally with internal and/or external customers on data requirements and partner with them to create integrated solutions.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, IT or Supply Chain with a minimum of 4 years work experience in Marketing, Economics, Data integration, IT, Continuous Improvement, or PMP. Master's degree preferred with at least 2 years work experience.

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and process documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers to successfully influence customer cooperation in sharing of highly sensitive data
  • Advanced data retrieval and manipulation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, data base functionality (SQL, Access, etc.), SAP ECC, SAP BI, and Statistical solutions
  • Innovative and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to derive insight
  • Excellent project, organizational & time management skills
  • Adherence to stringent deadlines and attention to details
  • Strong business acumen (market segments, geographies, business models, etc.)
