Develop and implement Business plan with defined Sales & Profit objectives together with clear tactics for the market units serving this customer or customers. Manage Customer relationship at defined Accounts including Engineering, Purchasing, Quality & Manufacturing. Work closely with Market Units, Engineering & Sales Management to serve customer/ Timken objectives. Seek out opportunities for profitable growth using existing or new products.     1.Develop & implement Customer specific Business plan with clear Sales & Profit objectives for the nominated Accounts. 2.Manage & co-ordinate customer relationship & interface where required with other Timken Sales associates calling at  nominated Accounts. 3.Manage business for the customer in relation to the objectives of the specific market units namely: Use application renewal and product differentiation to grow sales & profitability. Manage successful execution of new business projects/ programs using ESR/NPR/PPAP/CIDR systems as well as APQP systems. Low margin business correction plans for specific parts. Obtain customer approval for source / process changes per part number. Value selling in relation to customer needs / problem solving. Recovery of prototype costs/testing etc. Assist accounts department in resolution of problems with accounts receivables. Contract negotiations including pricing, terms & conditions, Warranty. 4.Support Market Unit teams/ Programm teams to ensure alignment and execution of Business Plan 5.Co-ordinates and manages customers cost cutting programs successfully, maintaining customer satisfaction and increasing profit margins with Support from Marketing and sales management. 6.Manage sales activities of other Customers as defined
