Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions - USA is a subsidiary of The Timken Company headquartered in North Canton, Ohio. Our company is a global leader in delivering efficiency products to the transportation and construction equipment industries such as automatic lubrication, oil level management and rear obstacle detection systems.

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative based in Southern Texas and Louisiana area to help support our growth throughout the state. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic, and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct sales of Groeneveld products to end user customers and authorized installing OEM dealers.
  • Plan sales call activity and follow through to meet territory sales budget.
  • Service accounts on a pre-determined visitation schedule and prospect new customers.
  • Participate in the collection of overdue accounts as requested by Management or Accounts Receivable Associate.
  • Communicate with Groeneveld’s Sales Managers, Engineering Department, and Technicians regarding customer requirements and commitments.
  • Actively participate in trade shows and industry associations.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry changes and competitive products.
  • Attend sales meetings and conferences.
  • Contact new and established customers on a regular basis.
  • Prepare quotations and follow through to closure.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


  • Sales experience in a heavy equipment and/or transportation environment selling equipment accessories or services is required.
  • Experience calling on Heavy Equipment and Truck dealerships, truck fleets, large construction companies, rental companies, municipalities with large and small fleets is required.
  • Ability to manage existing accounts and develop new customer base annually.
  • Able to work as a member of a larger sales team, providing value to team development initiatives
  • Able to work closely and respectfully with the inside sales team.
  • Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio and present the value proposition to customers in a succinct and convincing manner.
  • Self-managed and results oriented approach to sales.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft office products.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum:  Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline AND 5 years of sales experience.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline AND 5 years of sales experience.
