This position exists to provide the analytical and project horsepower to identify and implement projects that will directly improve the performance and alignment of our supply chains. This position will lead the analysis, planning, and implementation of focused and targeted projects to improve supply chain performance and inventory productivity.

This position will work on and lead projects within the scope of any Supply Chain area such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management. The Supply Chain leadership team will determine the highest leverage projects to be attacked. This position will work as part of a coordinated, rigorous and structured Supply Chain CI program.


This role is responsible for providing the analytical and project horsepower to lead and implement Supply Chain Continuous Improvement projects. Specifically to: Conduct high quality analysis of supply chain operations and problems to identify continuous improvement initiatives. This includes analyzing the relationships between demand variability, service aspirations, inventory investment, supply operating fundamentals (lead time, lot size, etc.), and current business policies.

This position will also provide detailed analysis of complex processes to identify solutions to problems while Implementing improvements in and across the supply chain. The role is responsible for the successful implementation of solutions and change projects as measured by improvements in customer service, inventory, demand variability or cost.

  • Communication skills both written and verbal


Minimum -  Bachelor Degree / 7 years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing

Preferred - Master degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management / 15 years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing
